We deliver products Australia-wide using Australia Post or registered Couriers.

All postage and handling prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise. Estimated delivery time frames are based on Metro areas. For more detailed delivery time information, view Australia Posts website here. The actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of restrictions and congestion in our delivery network at the relevant time.

HOW LONG DOES DISPATCH TAKE?
All orders placed Monday-Thursday will be packed and shipped by the next business day. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Soni Health ships to you using Australia Post.
Shipping times are estimated at between 2-7 business days depending on your location.

Orders shipped with standard shipping take approximately 4 - 7 business days
Orders shipped with express shipping take approximately 1 - 2 business days

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
For all orders over $85 you will receive FREE tracked standard shipping on us.
All orders under $85 incur a flat fee of $10 for standard shipping anywhere in Australia.
You can upgrade to express shipping for a fee of $16.
Unfortunately, we are required to pass on the shipping and handling costs for orders below $85.

All orders are dispatched from our Gold Coast Headquarters.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Soni Health is now shipping to New Zealand for a flat rate of AUD$20.
Please select New Zealand as your country in shipping options.
Standard Australia Post shipping times apply to international orders

WHAT IF I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT AN ORDER?
Soni Health will not accept any returns for change of mind purchases due to health regulations. However, if you are unhappy with your experience please contact us at info@sonihealth.com.au with your order details and we will be more than happy to help you out.

In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged please email us at info@sonihealth.com.au within 2 days of deliver so we can help to resolve the situation.

WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Every order is provided with a tracking number via email once shipped from our HQ.
Please check your order confirmation email for the details and click the tracking link to track your order progress.
Once the order has been delivered if you have any issues (e.g - if it was left in a 'safe place' by Australia Post and you can't find it) please check your tracking link provided for where it may have been left. If you don't want items to be left in a safe place you need to inform Australia Post so they have it on record to deliver in person or leave a note for you to collect your item from the nearest post office.
